Answer:








Most side effects are due to Amiodarone intracytoplasmic lamellar deposits in the cornea, lens, retina, and optic nerve.


  • Colored rings around lights.
  • Corneal epithelial opacities resembling a cat's whiskers
  • Lens opacity
  • Retinopathy (rare)
  • Optic neuropathy
