- Keep PaO2 more than 60 mmHg
- Keep systolic BP at least at 90 mmHg
- Head of bed elevation if increased intracranial pressure (ICP)
- Mannitol if increased intracranial pressure (ICP) ~ Don't wait for CT
- Target ICP is less than 20 mmHg
- Target cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) is 60
- 7 days prophylaxis of antiepileptic drugs
- Control of hyperglycemia
- Control of fever (and infection)
- DVT prophylaxis is NOT conta-indicated in TBI
