Its major clinical manifestations are

  • Venal Caval occlusions
  • Cerebral sinus thrombosis
  • Budd-Chiari syndrome
  • Pulmonary artery occlusion or aneurysm
  • Aortic aneurysm
  • Extremity arterial occlusion or aneurysm
