Q: Ethanol and Fomepizole are the standards antidotes in Ethylene Glycol Toxicity. What could be an adjuvant treatment particularly in alcoholics and malnourished patients, presenting with Ethylene Glycol toxicity?

Answer: Thiamine and Pyridoxine Adjunct agents which can be used in Ethylene Glycol toxicity, particularly in alcoholics and malnourished, includes thiamine and pyridoxine. This is on the assumption that they may help prevent the formation of oxalic acid.
