  • Hypercalcemia
  • Elevated 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D level
  • 3rd degree AV block, particularly in a Japanese person 
  • Hyperprolactinemia
  • Elevated alkaline phosphatase level, when liver is involved



Answer: Sarcoidosis

Though ACE levels is widely described as a marker for Sarcoidosis, neither it is very sensitive nor specific, and so has poor prognostic value.Sarcoidosis is a generalized disease process and has been described depending on the organ involvement.
