Q: At what level of hyperphosphatemia dialysis is usually indicated?



Answer:  If phosphate level more than 12 mg/dL

Dialysis may also be indicated at lower level of hyperphosphatemia, like between 8 to 10 mg/dL, if patient has  symptomatic hypocalcemia.
