Frog sign


Q: What is Frog sign?

Answer: In Paroxysmal Supra-Ventricular Tachycardia (PSVT), a rapid and regular bulging is seen in the neck. These are prominent jugular venous A waves due to atrial contraction against the closed tricuspid valve, termed as "frog sign".
